Any assessment questionnaire or online test (including ours) provides an overview of the individual. However, in certain more delicate or expensive processes, we need a much greater depth in the assessment of potential. In such cases, there is no evidence of greater validity assessment through tests than face-to-face assessment processes.

NINGEN KAYSHA has a bank of different types of exercises (group discussion, individual, role playing, …) to assess competencies, applicable to different levels of responsibility and any sector.



Our exercises are tested in control groups, and are accompanied by extensive application and correction guidance that help increase very significantly the inter-rater reliability. Much of the correction and evaluation process is automated and can be run by personnel with little experience with a basic training in the use of the tool.

In special cases we can develop custom-made tools, or training sessions in the techniques of face-to-face assessment or test design.
